删除账号
与数据Delete Account & Data
你始终拥有对月记记录的控制权。你可以分别清除本地数据、删除云端记录，或注销账号并删除与账号关联的云端数据。
清空本地数据
Clear local data打开月记，进入“设置”或“数据管理”，选择“清空本地数据”，阅读提示后确认。此操作只删除当前设备中的记录，不会自动删除已经同步到云端的数据。
删除云端记录
Delete cloud records登录同步账号后，在“设置”“账号”或“数据管理”中选择删除云端数据并确认。完成后，服务器端与该账号关联的同步健康记录将进入删除流程。
注销账号
Delete account登录账号后进入账号设置，选择“注销账号并删除数据”。确认后，账号认证信息及关联的云端健康记录将进入永久删除流程。建议操作前先使用数据导出功能保存所需记录。
无法进入 App？
Cannot access the app?发送邮件至 hello@hanmiao.me，邮件主题填写“MoonNote Account Deletion Request / 月记账号删除请求”，并提供同步账号标识及所使用的服务区域（中国大陆或海外）。为保护健康数据，我们可能要求提供合理的账号控制权证明。
删除结果与保留说明
本地数据删除后无法由我们恢复。账号注销后，你将无法再使用原凭据访问同步数据。生产系统中的账号与云端记录将被删除；服务商用于灾难恢复的备份副本可能在有限的备份轮换周期内保留，之后自动清除。我们不会将待删除数据用于任何其他目的。
Account deletion in English
In MoonNote, open Settings, Account, or Data Management and choose the applicable option to clear local data, delete cloud records, or delete your account and associated cloud data. Export any records you wish to keep before confirming.
If you cannot access the app, email hello@hanmiao.me with the subject “MoonNote Account Deletion Request,” your sync account identifier, and whether you used the mainland China or international service. We may request reasonable proof of account control to protect sensitive health data.
